In today’s workplace, four generations (a fifth will enter soon) with different attitudes toward work, different communication styles and different values must find ways to work together to be successful and get along.
This is an interactive webinar that explores communication styles, preferences, and expectations across different generations.
It also includes prerecorded role plays, breakout discussion groups, and tools to implement immediately to help you navigate the generational divide.
With the registration, the participants are giving permission for BPW International to publicize their appearance during this webinar, which will be uploaded to BPW International's website and YouTube channel and shared on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Bluesky.

During the webinar, we will have breakout discussion groups and we will use your information to have different generations in the same breakout group adding to the richness of the discussions. Please check off your generation. Your indication of your generation will not be made public:
- Silent Generation born 1928-1945 (79-96 Years Old)
- Babyboomers born 1946-1964 (60-78 Years Old)
- Generation X born 1965-1980 (59-44 Years Old)
- Millennials born 1981-1995 (29-43 Years Old)
- Generation Z born 1996-2009 (15-28 Years Old)
- Gen Alpha born 2010-2024 (0-14 Years Old)
