We are pleased to share with you the mosaic film produced by video artist Claude Yvans, a member of the International Association of Educators for Peace (IAEP/AIEP), for the 2024 edition of the International Day of Peace 2024 celebrations by the collective group of NGO partners to which BPW International has belonged since 2014.

In addition to the mosaic video, the group of NGO partners, in co-production with the Association des Anciens Fonctionnaires de l'UNESCO, has organized an event at UNESCO Headquarters, Room IX, from 2 to 5 p.m. on September 24, 2024, under the patronage of the French Commission for UNESCO and with the support of the NGO-UNESCO Liaison Committee. Marie-Claude Machon-Honoré, BPW International UN Rep for UNESCO, was the master of ceremonies and moderated a round table.
She was happy to remind the audience of our founder's initiative to create a commission for intercultural dialogue for peace, and spoke about the role of women in peace and the United Nations peace and security agenda.
