UNESCO Invitation: Global consultation on the Ethics of Neurotechnology

UNESCO has embarked on a two-year process to elaborate a Recommendation on the Ethics of Neurotechnology. This UNESCO Recommendation is expected to define shared values and principles, and identify concrete policy measures on the ethics of Neurotechnology.

UNESCO is currently conducting a global online consultation on the first draft of the Recommendation (first version). For this purpose, an online questionnaire is now available (in English and French) to collect feedback on the draft text. During this global online consultation process, UNESCO aims to receive a diversity of views from multiple stakeholders, including from academia, the scientific and technical community, civil society, the private sector, and the general public.

Therefore, you are kindly invited to participate in this online consultation before 12 July 2024 (Midnight Paris time).
