Dr. Jenny Lind Elmaco is the Academic Expert for the centralised support for the ENFPs of the European Commission. She is a Fellow of the Royal Society of the Arts (UK). She has been recognized with the Double Gold in Education and the Global Diamond Award in Innovation from the Global Women Inventors and Innovators Network (UK). A scholar of EU universities including an Erasmus scholarship and Marie Curie fellowship, she holds a PhD in Peace and International Development, Masters degrees in Global Studies, Peace and Security, and an MBA in Big Data and Business Intelligence. She also gained expertise via the Executive Program in Law, Policy and Technology at IE Law School and the Executive Program in the Circular Economy and Sustainability Strategies at the University of Cambridge.
She is a National Contact Point of the Marie Curie Actions, European Research Council and Research Infrastructures. She was Regional Coordinator of EURAXESS and Secretary General of the Association of Christian Universities and Colleges in Asia.
She has worked as a technical advisor/expert with international organizations such as AECID, ADB, UN, etc. She was part of the IVLP of the US State Dept.
Her first job was as Presidential Staff handling youth and governance affairs. She was an awardee of the Ten Outstanding Students of the Philippines, Ayala Young Leaders and the Jose Rizal Model Student of the Philippines.
