Executive Secretary Jenny Gulamani-Abdulla, JD, had an opportunity at the Leaders' Summit to deliver a brief presentation on Following the Constitution and Registration of BPW International.
She delivered it after the International President reiterated the importance of becoming a legal entity again and after the Constitutional Advisory Committee Chairperson discussed the relevant updates for legal registration of BPW International. The primary focus of the Executive Secretary's presentation was on Handover and Transition, Consequences of Blocking Handover and Transition, Options left to Consider including Suspension of Members and Setting Precedence for the Future. This presentation is being shared as a point of information and reference as we prepare for Congress where discussions will continue and where decisions will be made.
