
Johanna Füten
Johanna joined Business and Professional Women (BPW) at 28, seeking inspiration and mentorship, and quickly became an active advocate for gender equality. Her dedication to both national and international engagement led her to the BPW Germany national board, and at 33, she became the first Young BPW elected as Vice Presidente. Passionate about empowering young women, she is committed to amplifying their voices in leadership and decision-making to create a more sustainable and equitable future. Since January 2025, Johanna has been representing BPW International at UNESCO in Paris, focusing on the role of information and communication in advancing gender equality and women's economic empowerment. With a master's degree in European Public Management, Johanna works in European fund manegement, supporting cross-border projects that foster innovation, growth, and cohesion.
